And if all looks good to you, we’ll get your Interstate move scheduled in and ready to go!
Booking With Us

Before Moving
As the big moving day approaches, we’ll be checking in with you to see how we can help and answer any questions that pop up. And guess what? The day before the big move, we’ll send you another email and text message introducing you to our superstar removal team members who will be handling your move, and on the day you’ll receive the drivers details. This way, you’ll know exactly who to reach out to for any last-minute concerns or high fives (if you’re into that kind of thing). So, don’t worry about a thing, we’ve got your back!

Whether you choose to hang around and lend a hand, or just chill and leave it to us, we’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates throughout the move.

Once everything has been placed in your preferred rooms, we’ll always confirm if you’re satisfied with the furniture placement and if any additional assistance is required before our departure.

What Is Right For Me?
Backloading?
The term Backloading is used by every long distance furniture removalists in Australia. Interstate Backloading is where a customer has already booked a certain percentage of the truck and as a result there is a certain percentage of empty available space. For Instance, after we have collected, loaded and boarded up and divided the first load, we then backload another customer's belongings into the remaining available space.
Premium Service?
A Premium service, in short, is the sole occupant of the container/truck. This is where a customer will book a container worth of space for their interstate move and that container would not be shared with another customer. Sunsequently allowing them use of the entire space. In other words, should there be additional space left available when a premium service is booked you are guaranteed an additional booking would not be made with yours.

This is our fastest most direct delivery. We will collect your items in the morning and deliver the following afternoon.
Two Day Delivery
For an extra nights sleep, and some additional breathing space. We will collect your items one day and deliver in 2 days.
Three Day Delivery
Customers who want to drive at their leisure, and take scenic route. We will collect your items and deliver in 3 days.
